Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to these files being media, there is no way to return them. Therefore, if your account shows that you have downloaded your purchase at least once, you are not entitled to a refund. If you have not downloaded the file, contact us and we will remove the files from your account and refund your purchase. 

NOTE: Anyone found redistributing these media files in any way outside of a finished production will be investigated and infringement will be prosecuted.
